The Transcultural Caravan is delighted to welcome, as part of the Transcultural Winter School 2021, Prof Dr Dafri Agussalim for a speech about “ASEAN Cross-Region Cooperation: Mapping the Way Towards Identity Building” on the 9th of November from 8am to 9am (CET).
Dafri Agussalim is an Associate Professor at the Department of International Relations and Executive Director of ASEAN Studies Center, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. He is also a researcher at the Security and Peace Study Center, International Institute for International Studies Universitas Gadjah Mada and Human Rights Study Center Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII) and a lecturer at the Indonesia Military Academy, Magelang, Indonesia.
The ASEAN Studies Centre is hosted within the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Universitas Gadjah Mada. In collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, in 2013, the Center was established to generate critical scientific research and enhance the position and contribution of Indonesia in ASEAN. After the session with the ASEAN Study Center we will have an interactive session to explore leadership concepts with Tobias Grünfelder.
